What is CrashMyPad?

CrashMyPad is a community marketplace for members to list and rent out their properties and or private rooms to other members worldwide. We provide a safe environment for e-commerce which allows guests to pay using our secure payment method.

How do I become a member?

CrashMyPad is free to join, just fill out the registration page and you're good to go.

Why Should I use CrashmyPad?

CrashMyPad collects the amount due to the host/property owner when the reservation request is confirmed by the host/property owner. We then hold the money in our account and disburse payment 24 hours after the guest checks in (unless you have a minimal or intermediate cancellation policy and only if guest hasn't contacted us within 24 hours). This adds a level of comfort to our members and helps to eliminate any stress associated with sending or receiving payment to or from an unknown person.

How much does it cost to use your service?

CrashMyPad currently charges a 6 to 12% service fee for the entire transaction amount to the guest (the higher the amount, the lower the percent) and a 3% service fee to the host.
