While Gray's and Torrey's Peaks, as well as 7 other 14ers in the Collegiate Range are less than an hours drive. Come experience everything the Colorado Rockies have to offer!

Watch the alpenglow illuminate Mt. Quandary while soaking in the 6 person hot tub on the large deck, or from any room within the house. The interior features a huge great room with warm wood-burning stove and 42 inch flat screen. Gather around the large island in the well-appointed kitchen.

Need to stay connected? Tap into the high-speed wireless network, in addition to streaming Netflix movies or playing games on the XBox Kinect. The great room is also wired with surround sound, and there are speakers on the deck. All of which you can easily plug and play your iPod/iPhone/iPad music library on.

The master bedroom with king bed and 32 inch flat screen is its own inviting sanctuary, and features a master bathroom complete with a full-sized jetted jacuzzi tub and large shower with dual shower heads. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and bunk bed in the kid's room.

'Gold medal' fishing waters can be found in either direction - on the South Platte River in Fairplay or on the Blue River in Breckenridge. Breckenridge is well known as a skiing/snowboarding destination. Five world-renown ski resorts - Breck, A-Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain & Vail - are all close by. In the summer, hit a few balls at Breckenridge's world class Jack Nicholas golf course. All summer long enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, biking, fishing, boating, rafting, gold panning and horseback riding. There are also 3 professional theaters within a 15 minute drive, a summer orchestra, lots of live music, beer & wine festivals, and several film festivals.

All one-level living. Well behaved dogs and children are welcome. There is a lock-off basement apartment with separate entrance that I live in.
